Anyone know if any strange things going on with mail to here? Not heard from my friend for a few weeks not long I know, but well out of character for him?

I don't know about the Browning Unit (formerly SMU-2), but my friend in SMU-1, his mail both inbound and outbound has been VERY slow lately. I've seen it slow and fast, I've never been able to figure that out.

My husband is in SMU 2 and his mail has been very regular lately but it only has to travel cross country not cross an ocean but I would send him a letter and tell him to start numbering his letters, mine puts the number in the upper left hand corner of every letter that way if letters go missing we know.

i got a short note from him today, and by the sounds of it he is wondering what's wrong with me as my last big letter has just fallen into a big black hole and never arrived with him for no apparent reason. :angry:
I have written back.

SMUII Is VERY slow the last 30 days... It took my last letter 13 days to make it to Patricks hands.

I haven't had a whole lot of trouble with mail getting there but he did tell me that it took 6 days for one of my letters to get to him from Phoenix! I usually hear from him about every 10 days or so...depending on how long it takes to get to him.

I can't say anything bad about the mail at SMU II yet. Luckily. Everything come regulary to me here in Germany. We had other times but at the moment it went good and I get every single letter luckily.. We numbered every letter on the envelop..
