Well, after lying to the judge saying he didn't have my pager, lo and behold, there it was, in his jail property. I was hoping I wasn't going on a wild goose chase running downtown to go get it. Took me 20 minutes to wait for it, but it was there like the hair on my head! I knew he stole it.

My only mode of communication at this time too. He would have gotten out of jail and took it and sold it anyway, only to buy some more beer.
I feel better now.

I got my subpoena for court on Dec. 2nd. I am excited. Guess I will look for an appropriate outfit now. Can't wait til this is all over. But I am looking forward to the courts giving him his sentence. Should be interesting.

I have the upper hand now, it feels good.
