This week has been an extremely hard week for me. We are at the one year mark. I am trying to focus on other things, but I can't do it, so I have just have to go through this also. I still can't believe he is gone. This has been so hard.

A few weeks ago I saw this video Like you'll never see me again - Alicia Keys, and I promise you that totally blew me away. That is the way it happemned, the baldhead man with a beard laying on the gurney and they were working in him. It brought it all back flooding me with emotions. His mother must of seen it also, because she called me and asked me if I saw it, and the only difference in the video and Keith's death was with him there was no blood.

Over the past year I have gotten closer to the Lord, he has constantly holding me up.

People keep asking me when am iI going to get a man, but first I have to find me and deal with what happened before I can move on.

I do different things to lift my spirits, but it only last what seems a moment. But that is a moment of peace. I went from crying several times a day to crying almost daiily, so I am improving.

I know he is still with me, I just know it. I can't see or hear him, but he is with me and I will always love him.

Please lift me up in your prayers these next few days. Friday morning wil be a year.

My prayers will be with you as you go thru tomorrow. I remember last year at our 1yr mark. I just had to let it go and feel what I felt if you know what I mean. Do what ever it takes to get you thru the day. We sent up baloons telling him how much we loved and missed him. Lots of them.

Menia, I am so sorry for your loss. I have seen that Alicia Keys video and it is so heartwrenching to watch. My prayers are with you and his family. :grouphug::grouphug: I'm sure he is in Heaven watching over you now.
