:angry:In 2005 the USACIL had serious problems with the misconduct of one of their DNA/Serology forensic scientists. They are re-testing all of his caswork from 1995 until 2005 (when he was allowed to resign). This effort is still ongoing and there is much speculation as to what they are finding and what they are not telling (the lab that is).
Anyone who is familiar with DNA evidence being processed at the Army lab during that time frame should be made aware of this information. there are presently two cases in the NMCCA that were ordered back to DuBay hearings (again) to acertain information about this issue. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or need information. the examiner in question is a Mr. Phillip R. Mills. Edited in accordance with PTO Policy, please contact member via pms.
