I just called visiting and they told me that the entire C yard is on lock down. Does anyone know what happened??????

No word yet what happened. But I called and talked to the visiting Sgt. and he said the ENTIRE WEEKEND "C" yard is on lockdown. And right now they are having a staff/warden meeting if it will affect B yard too! DANG!!!! I'll post one for B too!

They will be updating the 800 number within the next hour or two.

This is the first lock down i am experiencing so now i know all the worries you ladies feel. What could have happend that there is no visits all weekend. Must be something bad.

Yeah it affects my visit. This was going to be my first friday visit. No he is at CSP.
Since this really is the first lockdown that i really know of i am more stressed about him and is he ok.

I just called CSP and one of the visiting CO's told me that it was a facility lockdown for health issues???? I think he was going to tell me more but he told me hold on so he could ask and they told him to tell me to call the 800 #.

Hey, I was there today visiting B. And the CO's were telling me that on C yard there is a virus of some kind going on. And one of the CO's was also saying that alot of guys on A yard are also sick. (bacterial) lots of vomitting & the other end too. But they are not locked down.

Norovirus is called the flu. And yes, this is what I heard also. hey had do disnfectate everything with bleach.

I got a call from my husband who is in building 1 and they are on modified i guess. HE says his building is the only one that got to go to yard and make phone calls. I was so glad to hear from him. He said people in his buidling are not really sick.

My son called Friday and said 3C was on quarantine for a virus as some of you have noted. He thought the quarantine might be lifted by Sunday. I had a very icky, long-lasting virus earlier this year. I would want to avoid that at all costs - will try for next week.

My man just called and said they ar eon lockdown for 96 hours. It is because fo the flu. HE also said if anyone complains they are feeling sick then the lockdown stars again for 96 hours. So, even if the guys are sick no one is saying anything.

And There Is A Really Bad Virus Going Around And That All Visiting Will Be Canceled (as A Precaution) Because They Don't Want This Thing Getting Anyone Alse Sick. My man calld again last night and said the lockdown is being extended another 96 hours because 4 more guys complained of being sick. Everytime someone complains it is extending the lockdown.

My husband called tonight and said 2 more guys have come down sick in his building today. He's in building 4.

I didn't get anything yesterday, just Monday.

However, my husband did say that since they're on a modified program, everyone is having trouble getting phone time.

Try not to worry. (Easier said than done.) He's probably just having phone issues.

I got my call last night. But get this i though it was because it was hard to get to the phone...my husband says Monday he had to watch these damn Lakers. Ok well i know they are doing good but just like when he was at home the Lakers are the only thing that can distract that man from communicating with me.

My boyfriend hasnt called in 11 days... I havent gotten any letters either.... This is not like him:( I hate being so far away from him. I live in Utah and he is in CRC Norco. My letters take 2 weeks to get to him.

My man called, said the wires in the phones have been broken. I am asusming this is at the control desk he said because the co messed with the wire and the phone came on so he tried calling. They are sitll on a lockdown and will be for another 96 hours because someone else compalined of being sick today. So the 96 hours starts all over again so anyone visiting the 3C02 Dr this weekend is not getting a visit.

The did open the yard as we were on the phoen so that si a good thing, at laat he can go out.

He's hopefully going to call tomorrow.

Mine is in 3C04, and he usually only calls on the weekends.
I'm glad to hear that you got a phone call today. It's always a relief to finally hear from them when you've been waiting for a call.
