Ive been readin all the posts bout jeans bein allowed now for visitation and that its a state wide thing. Just wundering if any of u guys visit florence and have worn jeans??? ima try to this saturday but jst dnt wana deal with the c.o.'s if they say i cant. I always follow dresscode to the T...yet they always find sumthn 2 complain about i swear!!! Im glad to see Im not the only one super excited bout bein able to wear jeans! im always in sweats n tees..n wit the hott weather n sittin outside its ridiculous! itll b nice to wear jean capris...im tired of lookin like im in my pajamas!!!! lmao

I have a last minute trip to Arizona set up to visit my friend in SMU-1 at Eyman this weekend, and when I called for the appointment, the CO told me about the new dress code policy.

I laughed when I asked what I was going to do with all my visitation clothes. He kind of chuckled and said he wasn't too happy with the new regulation, but "rules are rules" and I was welcome to wear blue denim if I so choose.

Seriously, what WILL I do with all those black jeans? :-)

THANX!!! for the quick reply!! yes i never understood why we cudnt wear blue jeans...its dumb but hopefully we will see more changes in ridiculous policies of DOC...lol at wut 2 do wit all you visitation clothes jim!! hehehe netime im out shoppin im always lookin for short sleeve shirts that r up to the collarbone yet still cute....which r hard 2 find!!! lol newho i hope u have a great visit!!! i knw ill enjoy mine in my blue jeans....:D

I go to Florence every weekend and wore blue jeans last weekend. No problems at all....

ok, i see the last post on this subject was back in June of 08, But I am coming from California to visit in Eyman, Browning Unit, are jeans allowed there as well? Just want to know what to pack.
