I am in the process of setting up my personal last will and would like to be able to leave my son some funds. He is in Parchman without the possibility of parole. I have an attorney who has suggested that he be sent a set amount of money each month to his canteen fund. Is that the best way to take care of sending him money after my death? Is there a limit of the amount that a person can have in a canteen fund? Does anyone have any suggestions on who I need to have this setup for him?
