Hello and welcome to the PTO/Military Justice forum. You should be able to find answers to many of your questions about the military justice system. Do you have a loved one incarcerated or charged under the UCMJ? There is much information in the postings here - hopefully some that you are looking for! If you don't find what you are looking for, just ask; someone will post an answer or try to point you in the right direction. UCMJ and the military justice process can be confusing and extremely frustrating so hang in there!
