I put money on my friends commisary on the ADC website. Question: will it just go on his acct or will he get notification that money was put on and by whom?

He will get notification that there is money and who put it on there. It usually take 2-3 days for it to show up on their end.

How much would anyone consider adequate to deposit into someone's account each week or monthly to be of help? Have heard too much deposited is bad; but what would be considered too little to be of help?

:thumbsup:That's one of the very best things you can do is put money on someone's books. My girl is at Newport and they are allowed to spend $64 a week when they go shopping (commissary). I don't know what you mean by putting on too much, though. I put some in her account about every 5 months or so and there seems to be no problem with that.

My son gets the maximum of 65 dollars a week. It is not a hardship for me and it is one of the few things he has to look forward to.....commissary day. I guess the answer is whatever you can afford. 65 a week is all they can spend in arkansas. Plus the seasonal packages which they just got the spring ones.
