my boyfriend just got transfered there anyone has family and knows wat is like?? do they always have to join gangs for protection??

My husband is there and I really like it there they are all nice about the gang stuff i dont know my husband dont talk to many people he has never said anything about that

its been a week already and i havent heard from him, about how long will it take before i receive a letter? do they get to go to comissary right away?
