My guy wasnt to be VOLUNTARLY transfered to another state, preferrably, Tennessee. He had his annual review today. The committee,one man, said he does not fit the criteria for a transrer. Not even a parole transfer for when he gets released. He has ZERO points, controlling cast is vehical theft, all restitution paid and has been working and programming for over 36 months. Now if he don't qualify then what are they sending out to the states? Would an attorney be helpful? I just thing this guy don't want to be bothered with a little paperwork. All Volunters were sent first and then they picked non voluntering prople. I see every day people being sent that don't want to go, then keep people that do want to transfer. What is wrong with this picture. Any comments or information will be helpful. Thanks
