Now that PTO is offering web hosting to our members I believe we should have a dedicated forum to cover both hosting and web design related issues.

First, before I go any further, the general web hosting that we are offering to those who have donated and meet the minimum requirements is NOT SUPPORTED by PTO Staff. If you are hosting through PTO, please this forum to ask support related questions, unless you are experiencing an outage.

What that means specifically is that we are only offering up the hosting services, but are not going to be able to officially train people on all the specifics relating to hosting, such as how to ftp files to the server, how to design web pages, how to install scripts, etc.. etc.. etc.. HOWEVER, this forum can and should be used to ask questions and seek peer aid in learning more. In addition to this, there are countless sites on-line and tutorials on how to learn the basics of both web design and web hosting.
