I don't mind not smoking at work, in a restaurant, on a public side walk, on any WA state property. I can appreciate that fact that others don't want all the yucky stuff that comes from second hand smoke.

I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. I will be on an airporter shuttle for 3-1/2 hours and won't be able to smoke. I will arrive at the airport with plenty of time to have a couple smokes before I check in, then I will go back outside and have another one before heading to the gate. Since I have been told to arrive at the gate at least 45 minutes before my 4 hour flight, let's just round that up to 5 hours, as I have yet to see a plane leave on time.

When I arrive at my destination point, it will take me about half an hour to get to the one and only tiny smoking area. I will be in a very bad mood, so don't bother me.

Once I have finally arrived at the place I will be staying....... yep. Non smoking. So I will spend 6 days and 5 nights wanting to go outside to smoke.

I tried Googling "smokers vacations" and "vacations for smokers" and a variety of other combinations of "smoker" and "vacation". Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Oh, I get all kinds of warnings about smoking, and condos proudly promoting their non smoking status, but nothing on where a person can go and really enjoy themselves and a good smoke!

Thank you.

Nevada casinos are a smoker's paradise. If you like to gamble, you can smoke away if you want to.

Hope you had a good vacation!

Try Club Med, just not the one in the Florida. They don't even have such a thing as a non-smoking room since it's a French company. At least they didn't last time I went there which was about 2 years ago. I've been to quite a few of them. Fun!
