I need serious help. My boyfriend is at Varner and has a hold out of delaware couty oklahoma i sent him info I had found on the agreement and he filed something now when i go check online in oklahoma it shows on mar 12 2008 motion for speedy trail. Does this mean they now have 180 days to get him? Is that the same as a request for afinal dispostion? Thanks any help please????
