We are waiting with great anticipation for the upgrade of the hack/mod that allows us to give out "awards" for a variety of things here at PTO. At the top of this list are awards for those who have donated towards the betterment of this community in years past, as well as in 2008.

Some long time members may recall the "stars" that were once located in postbits that signified that someone donated. We are not sure if we are going to use stars for the graphics or something else, but it is a top priority to get the system upgraded and put back in place so that we may recognize everyone who has financially helped PTO get to where it is today.

I have fairly detailed records of all who have donated and once the system is in place I/we will start to enter you into the system. At that time you will see these icons in the area above each and every post you make at PTO. We will also try to make it so these awards show up in your profile, as well as the donation page.

I'm not sure at this time if we will be able to add pre-2008 contributions into the system but I will look into the possibility of doing this.

You have a gold Donation Award bar under where is says Registered User which is under your username.

I donated sent my two money orders in and still do not have an icon. What happened?

same here.. I'm not even in the list and was told my donation was recieved .

I sometimes see the icon and sometimes I don't was wondering why that happens.

I donated for years and never got any icon's ...lots of promises no icons...

If you do not have an icon, and you received confirmation of the transaction, please contact the PTO Help Desk so that this issue can be handled.

Please include your full name, your PTO Username and the Transaction informaiton.

Hello all, well all I can say is,I have contacted the help desk ,emailed David a moderator who posted about the icon issue,I have been constant since June,I do not see anything yet! My donation was received and Davids sig is on it,and has been posted to the PTO account ,my donation stats say 0 donation amount,until now all I got is Oh yeah we are gonna git it done! BLAH BLAH BLAH! Sorry but I'm sick of hearing it,I'm not asking again. JOSIE

Please remember that most request to help desk, and PM's were lost due to the server glitch.

I can assure you that all Help Desk Request are being looked into as we are currently caught up on request.

2 weeks ago we had about 1000 that were backed up.

So please be patient. We are not ignoring anyone. Also if you try and PM Fed-X you are lucky if he sees it, he gets 1,000's of PM's and most of them are unread.

I got my icon when I first donated, then lost it for a short while, now it is back. Seems like it was just a bit of a glich.

Ha ha, it's gone again. That will teach me.

Sent my donation in July and I still don't have an icon.

There is an upgrade in progress & hopefully with this upgrade all issues will be taken care of.
