I called MSP this afternoon to try to find out about the phones. I was told that many of the approved #s the guys have had were deleted from the system and are being re-entered. Hope this is true. But just wanted to share this info. in case anyone else has been waiting on a call from their loved one. I was surprised about how courteous the woman I spoke with was. She told me she would tell my friend's case mgr. that I had called but I'm not counting on that!

I just got off the phone with a lady about the phones, she said they are back up....she said my fiance's numbers were not in the computer yet, she was real nice, she said to call his case manager and tell her she is ready for his list. HA! I called the case manager, which was real nice also, she said they(the people with that input numbers, the lady I talked to first) had been real busy due to the numbers somehow being deleted were being put back in the system, but she said she would send them right over since they were ready for them. They were both real nice and said they would be in no later than 11 am and would tell my fiance they were in and he could use the phone!! YEAH!!
