I have heard that Baldwin is only going to house Mental Health in the future and all of the diagnostics will be gone in 30 days. Also the other inmates that are not permanant will be leaving. Then the permanent inmates will be moved. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

I've heard something similar but it will not be within 30 days. I believe they did make a decision to go mental health and are currently adding onto the medical facility. I think the plan is to gradually cut out diagnostics and they will be moving the perms to other buildings to get their buildings set up for mental health...doors, etc. This will be a long process. They will still need the perms to run the facility and details that they have contracts for.

I also heard that a private party was looking to buy Baldwin? Have you heard anything about that?

No I haven't heard anything like that.
