My man has been moved many times recently. He started out in 32C, then they moved him and a bunch of guys to 32B, and now he's in 32D. Supposedly in 32D they cannot make phone calls. I thought phone calls were a prisoner right? Someone please advise. :o

Right of association. D custody inmates are supposed to be permitted one 15 minute phone call every other week.

In prison, Phone calls are a Privilege, not a right.

He can make phone calls every other week for 15 minutes. UNLESS he received an RVR in which case he can loose privledges for up to 2 months.
