The above link outlines the plans and policy changes for Native peoples within CSC. Sort of interesting.
The first thing I notice is that it outlines several "new" strategies to assist Aboriginals for release at lower security levels, but also points out that they have a higher rate of high risk classifications.
The second thing that I notice is the use of the Medicine Wheel to outline their "new" outlook.
Any comments?
