JUST THE OTHER DAY HE CALLED UP HIS WIFE TO TELL HER THAT THEY TOOK HIM TO IMMIGRATION THAT THEY ASKED HIM A WHOLE BUNCH OF QUESTIONS AND TOOK OUT HIS FINGERPRINTS MY QUESTION IS IS THIS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS SENDING YOU BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY OR Y DID THEY DO THAT? AND ALSO SINCE HE IS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT IN DEC 2004 WOULD THEY TAKE HIM THEN OR BEFORE?

Each and every case is so different. They probably came to register him as an alien (illegal or legal) who has committed a crime. I can't tell you for sure what they will do as I said every case s different. They usually wait until he is done with his sentence and then remand him.
