Looks like the lock down has been lifted completely and the two inmates who caused it all are being sent to CSP1 AD SEG
Another sergeant and two correctional officers also injured in the attack were hospitalized, treated and released the night of the attack, Thornton said.
Two inmate suspects, both with murder convictions on their records, have since been transferred to administrative segregation units at Corcoran State Prison. Thornton identified them as Perry Robert Avila, 47, who had been convicted in Riverside County, and Ivan Antonio Manriquez, 36, of Orange County.
Avila, a multiple murderer, was serving concurrent terms that added up to 132 years, Thornton said. He had initially been sent to prison for 117 years on convictions for first-degree murder, robbery and weapons possession by an ex-convict. He later picked up another second-degree murder conviction that tacked 15 years onto his term, but Thornton said she did not know if the second homicide occurred in prison or whether it stemmed from a case that occurred prior to his first slaying conviction.
Avila's record also showed trips to prison on four other felony cases dating back to 1984, with convictions for battery on a peace officer, assault, battery and second-degree burglary.
Manriquez is serving a 25-to-life term for first-degree murder, according to corrections records.
