I'm tryin to change my siggy but keep getting error message invalid file or invalid url. I've tried different siggys from different sites and it won't work. Is there a way to find out why, like it's too big or something?

I still can't change my siggy.... I've tried even replacing it with one that is identical and it still says invalid file. I'm using the bb code, not the html. I took a screen shot of the error but I'll be.... I can't paste it in the reply box.

Hmm still no clue as to why this would happen.

Can you please post step-by-step instrcutions on how to reproduce this, if posible including example data.

Heres the step by step along with screen shots for each, thanx for all your help.
1. user cp - edit signature
2. delete the http://www in option 1 under signature picture, but I've also tried leaving it there and then pasting the url but it doesn't work either
3. copy siggy bbcode from source, I've also tried the html and ez code and get the same error message
4. paste code into option 1
5. click preview or save, either way I get the file error screen

After trying again today, when I try to paste the code into the option 1 place it only pastes part of it, it will not paste the whole code??? I tried typing the whole thing in but still recieve the file error message. The bbcode for my siggy is

You can only enter a normal URL in that field. Any URL to a normal webpage. You can not use BB-code etc. in the Picture URL field.

The code you want to use should just be entered in the normal text field above.
