My husband was sent back to prison on a parole violation, plus he incurred two additional felonies and a misdemeanor. At his inital parole hearng he was denied and told he would have to serve the remainder of his sentence(he got a lawyer to have the new charges run concurrent with the previous ones). Does anyone know if there is a chance he will get paroled again before his max-out date? Thanks.

I have no clue but considering this is Georgia (the good old boy state) It doesn't sound to promising.
