I was just given a stipulated sentence of 36 months(Federal) for cultivation of marijuana and I have been reading the posts on RDAP. I have been on release for over a year and actual sentencing is Aug 29, 2008. I have been on Methadone for 9 years after a nasty heroin addiction. The methadone gave me a life again, and I now work, have a house and a wife. I have been weaning off of it for years. I started at 30mg a day and now take just 2 mg a day. Will I have to quit it altogether and will this qulaify me for RDAP. Also because of this medication could it change my ability to be in a camp vs. a higher level institution..I am pretty nervous about this whole thing.
