Does anyone know if Southern Hispanics are the only ones still on lockdown or is it all hispanics in general?

im not really sure about other prisons
but in crc norco its just southern hispanics
atleast thats what it says on the visiting hotline

lockdown and segregation are different huh? cause my honey hasn't been able to call for a week and 3days now. he said he was in the hole when he wrote but didn't say why! man this sucks!!:blah:

My man is a southerner in Avenal and he's been in the hole for a few weeks now. It's his first time in Ad seg and i'm actually glad. I figure if he's there he's less likely to get caught up in any bull sh*t. There is major drama going down with them and it sucks....At least i get a letter every day now. Just want him home....

can anyone explain to me why my man is locked down for 22 hours a day. He is in powhatan, va.
