my wife is in carswell and for the past 8 months she was able to ues the email and now just yesterday they told her that she could not use the computer any more because of the crime that she did, the crime was selling stuff on ebay, she will be seeing the warden on monday does anyone know what she should say so that we can email each other again, we email each other 3 times a day and i miss that so much

Mr-mizzribble, I'm not sure there's anything you can say to change his mind - computer crime, so they would naturally prohibit computer access. The only thing I can think of is that the system used (as I understand it) really doesn't provide full access to the internet, which would mean she couldn't repeat her offense. Other than that, you may just have to resort to pen and paper as state prisoners do. It's better than nothing, by a long shot.

I also had a computer crime and I was allowed to use the e-mail. It is set up just for e-mail.
There is no way to access the internet. But we got a new warden before I left and she was changing alot of things. Tell her to start at the bottom and work her way up.....counsler, then case manager, then unit manager, then the warden.
