Is it considered Domestic Violence if your boyfriend threatened you ONE time in over a year? And, can he get in trouble for it if the police don't find out about it until 3 months later. No physical violence. No other threats. AND, he is getting help with his anger issues.

Yes, and no... ANY time there is cause for someone to feel unsafe in their own home, that is something to be concerned about but a single threat made a while ago is probably not going to be pursued as a criminal complaint
