Can anyone tell me if it possible to get day parole at 1/6th even if the person would not qualify for excelerated parole review?
If the person has a stable home and a very good job that is willing to wait 6 months on a 3 year sentence which is 1/6th.

I am new to all of this and have so many questions....

The main criteria for the accelerated parole (1/6th) is that the person has to be a first time offender convicted of a non-violent crime. Without those qualifications the earliest parole eligiblity would be at the 1/3rd mark.
