Hello. My husband is currently in the Faulkner Co jail (unit 1) awaiting trial. He has been there for 7 months and we just had our 5th pretrial, which was again postponed. I have to say, the way things have been handled so far with both the trial and with his incarceration has been insane to me. They do so many crazy things. Neither my husband nor I have had any experience with the legal system, so this is all new to us. We don't know what's going on or how to deal with things. Anyway, we're looking for any help or advice we can get.

People all over the country that have never experienced the legal system are floored by what they can do to you and your family. My son got 10 years in prison in CA and didn't hurt a sole. The lies, intimidations and coercions that happen during interrogations are out of control.

It will take you a little while to figure out PTO but after you do, you will feel comfortable and love it. There is always someone that can answer your questions.

Good Luck with your case and don't be afraid to ask. Make sure you don't get stuck in just the Arkansas forums, there are tons of others that are interesting and useful on PTO.
