Sad news about your brother. The Lansing and the KDOC is generally very difficult to get answers from. I would say your best chance of getting answers is to start calling the warden and putting calls in to the KDOC HQ in Topeka. Have as many family members as possible start calling and letting them know there are a lot of people that want and need answers.
