Hello,
My loved one has been in prison for 22 years on April 7 2008. He was suppose to be released on April 8 but something has happened and the warden has ordered him put into seg and he is under investigation. He says he has not done anything and that he will not rat on anyone. I feel like the are just trying to keep him locked up. I know that he will not be released on the eight now. My question is what can i do to help get him out of seg and away from Fountain? He was suppose to transfer a few weeks back but that went up the drain thanks to the weather. Can the warden stop his transfer? I talked to the warden and all he would tell me is he is under investagation. Why? i can not get an answer. He would not have done anything to stop from coming home. Now i have no idea as to when he will get to come home or what? I miss hearing his voice . Still crying after all time. I just knew our new life was fixing to start!!!!!! If anyone has any :broken: :broken: sugesstions please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry this is happening to you. I really do not know what to tell you to do in this situation. I think I would keep calling until someone gave me an answer. My husband says that is my problem I will not stop until I have an answer. Keep us posted on what is going on.

Thanks
I have called and all i am told is he is locked down for investagation and hopefully it will be corrected soon. I know the warden has made the comment that he does not want him out. Seems to me he just does not want to think that he might have changed after all these years. Today is a week he has been in seg. I cant stand it not being able to hear his voice. I know my baby he will not rat on anyone. I am so scared something else may be going on inside and he will not tell me. I know he has changed through all these long years. He asked me to contact central records. How do i do that? Does anyone have the number? Thanks again

My loved one is out of lock up now and i still have no more answers but at least he is back in the faith dorm. All he will tell me is when you have not done anything and you do not know anything an investigation always turns up nothing. Then he said I do not rat on anyone inmate nor CO. that is all i know. Now my next thing is trying to get him transfered to Bullock. He has been waiting since Jan.
