There really are a few people who actually care as surprising as that is! My husband spent a good chunk of his youth in CYA. Soon after he got out his daughter was concieved. Since he had been there so long he had a very strong bond with one of the ladies who worked there who had taken a special motherly interest in him and really kept up with him and looked out for him over the years. Well, when his daughter was born he insisted that she be named after the lady from CYA, so sure enough his daughter is named Marilyn Elaine! So even though she is no longer with us I wish I could thank the first Marilyn Elaine for being so good to him. To this day he has 5 kids and only 1 other daughter is named after and aunt. Not after his mother, grandmother or sisters so i hope she knows how special she was and how much she touched his life! I dont think they realize how much of a difference they really can make!
