My husband was sentenced to 2 yrs confinement. When will he be eligible for parole and what are the chances of him getting paroled. His so-called crime is not a crime in the civilian world and did not involve victims, so what are his chances of being paroled the first time around. He's a very quiet person, not violent, spends most of his time reading books.
