SB1002, Title ADC; prisoner release credits, was signed by the governor on
8-5-02.
What this means is any inmate who committed an offense on or after Jan 1,
1994 and was in the custody of a county jail or state prison on May 30, 2002,
will receive one for six good time of all time served.
