In order for anyone to access the live chat confrence you must be a registered member at PTO.

It is relatively simple and pain-free to register. At this point in time, we even have the email authentication feature turned off so new members do not have to respond to an auto-email to activate their account.

The reason behind allowing only registered members to access the chat forum is to prevent people that do not have prisoner support in mind from flooding the channel, being abusive, or anything else that would disrupt communications and our goals.

I have heard stories of prisoner support chat rooms actually closing because of unwanted guests that make it their point to create problems and torment regulars.

THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE..

Constructive conversations & support are welcome.. People who intentionally create problems are not, and WILL BE BANNED from Chat & the entire site if warranted. (By their IP address so they won't be logging on via any bogus accounts)
