I stubbled apon this site last night trying to look up into on Ft. Sill. My husband just got transfered there last Thursday night. I know that he is in a 96 hour "segregation" before they release him into the general population. I have the RCF handbook, and that this is useless. My question is, how long would it be before he would be able to make a phone call home? I have read some threads to where they are not allowed to call for 30 days. Is this true? If I wanted to check on him and see how he is doing how would I go about that? When sending him letters, is there a limit on how many pages? Can I send him ultra sound pictures of his baby? The last I heard from him is that he is scared out of his mind and then I havent heard from him since. So any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
