Who has watched it so far??

I missed the first episode and was so lucky because my grandmother had taped it and then I watched it at her place the night before the second episode aired. Oh my!! I am loving this show!! I am loving Les Hill and think he is doing a really good job in portraying Jason Moran!! (Not that I ever knew Jason Moran!! LOL) I must say that I was not as impressed with the second episode as I was with the first, but I think it may have been pretty hard to do an episode better than the first.

So what does everyone else think about it?? Is anyone else becoming an Underbelly addict like me??

Yeah, its a good show! Keep me entertained until the next season of Prison Break comes back on :)

Yeah I like it , I bet aussie t.v actors are happy to finally have had some work as well ... good to see aussie drama instead of "reality" t.v

Lannylu, I agree!! It is great to see some really awesome aussie actors being able to show how great they are!!

I must say that I was rather shocked at the ending of the first episode and can't believe that the guy was shot so early in the series. I really like Vince Colosimo and think he is an awesome actor.

I am eagerly awaiting this Wednesday night and am thinking about having Underbelly nights!! :-)

<sigh> sometimes I really miss having tv :(. Especially late night movies on SBS, good Aussie movies/drama series, & yes - even the Simpsons. Ah well, the price of living in paradise...

I don't know if it is glorifying the gangsters, but it is now a part of Australian history so to speak. And I barely knew anything about the Melbourne ganglands until this show. I had only ever heard of Carl Williams, and the Moran brothers. This is showing that there were other key players including the police.

On to Wednesday night chats, hey my TV is right next to the computer, so I am set!! LOL I will still get my Underbelly fix and be here for chat. Might not respond as quickly as I normally do though!! LOL

Well I thought last nights episode was fantastic!! I am loving the new characters!! :)

For anyone that hasn't been able to see it, they are running a marathon next week and will be showing the first four episodes. I have seen them all, but will watch them again!! :)

I don't know... I just can't get into it for some reason.. I've tried watching it, but usually I lose interest after a bit and change channels. :|

Oh yes please and lots of Callan Mulvey (the guy that plays Mark Moran)!! I would love highlight reels of him!! LOL

I ordered a copy of Leadbelly last week and am eagerly anticipating the book store calling me to tell me that I can pick it up!!
