Hi I haven't written to the lady yet, to find out how it works. It appears to be someone, the volunteer buys these cards, someone submits a list and then you mail them out. I believe it's all done on a volunteer basis. I'll get back to you and let you know, but I haven't heard of one at CTF and think it would be nice to have one.
