I have the avatar that I want saved on a microsoft word document because I had to crop it down. Can anyone tell me how to save that as a .jpg (or whatever that's called). I can't seem to figure it out!

The program I'm using uses only inches. I made it super tiny and it said it was still too big. I'm stuck again!
