If I wanted to send a letter of complaint about the Facility, should I send it to the Warden at MGN or send it directly to Regional. The complaint is about my visit yesterday and is not about a person or individual. It was something I noticed about the Facility itself.

Hi Lark:

Generally its best to work your way up the chain of command, so do the Warden first. If no positive response, then send it up to the region.......

If you would, PM me with what you saw I may be able to comment on it since I was there (it maybe something they know about it)
