Hi there I have a question about the visiting form for CTF at Soledad I just got it today.... Anyhow i've only been arrested 3 times before all for dui's that happend in 2003 and 2004 Ive paid all fines and completed all court orders.. Besides that I have a bunch of small misdemeanors from when i was younger most i don't even remember what they were.......Do I need to put those down? Or can I just put down the DUI's? Also I've been living in Washington State so I have a Wash Drivers License as well as Washington Plates I'm not allowed to get a CA DL again till 2009 since i'm a student in california do you think they'll accept my Wash Drivers License with my new Calif address????????I also have a MMD car (merchant mariners card) which is approved by the coast guard(they ran a complete background check on me) should I give them that info as well? Can anyone help please I don't want to be denied....... BTW I was approved first time I filled out a visting form at High Desert in Susanville 2006....... hope someone can help.....

Because you were approved in 2006 that means you are still aprroved. Your approval is good for two years then you need to update it. You do not need to reapply. Do you have the original approval notice.

Were you living in California when you were approved before?
And was that approval for visiting the same inmate?
If yes, then no problem, your approval should still be good, as long as he was not paroled/released in between.

If you were not living in Cali, you'll have to update that information with them, and it may be a bit of a trick... I suggest getting a notarized letter from your landlord and bringing along some utility bills and/or bank statements to prove your residential address.

If you were approved for another inmate's list, you'll have to jump through all the hoops and be sure to put the first guy's info on the new app. where it asks if you visit other CDC inmates
