Here is a question I've not seen...

Hubby had someone buy him commissary until he could go himself and he would pay him back with commissary purchases when he got his money and commissary privileges again. He asked that I put money on this other inmate's account so he can buy him stuff and not owe him later from his own account. Does this seem kosher?
