i just called cbs this evening to try and set up an account- was on hold for 56 minutes. Then the guy tells me that they dont have smu1 listed but have everything else- he named all the units, including smuII that they handle.. so he said wait until he makes an attempted call so he can verify if its them or another company.I was so :angry: :angry: :angry: ed at that point i just said whatever and hung up... anyone have a clue as to what company or why cbs is doesnt have smu1 listed under their contract if they are in charge of that unit?

I checked their website & it has each of the units at Eyman listed (except SMU I), but it also has ASPC Eyman without a unit specified. There's no reason why they shouldn't be able to find it.

When my bf got moved to Yuma, I talked with them to change my account. They didn't have Dakota listed but they did have Cheyenne listed. The guy told me that all the phones go through Cheyenne. Something about it must have been the first complex and when others were added the phones still exist under Cheyenne. So I did get phone calls how he set it up.

I HAVE QWEST AND THE CALLS FROM LEWIS WAS ONLY 5 DOLLARS FOR 15 MINUTES IT WAS STRAIGHT COLLECT CALL HOW IS IT IN RYNNING UNIT IN FLORENCE.

Correctional Billing Services (CBS) ALSO is EVERCOM and T-NETIX. Securas is the name of the phone company
