What are the restrictions on mail? Each state is so different and I wanted to know if you can send in stamps or stamped envelopes? Or do they just have to buy from their imate accounts.

I am not sure about sending stamped envelopes, but every week or so, I send my fiance a book of stamps and blank envelopes.

Mayberrysgurl is right, you can send stamps, I am not sure about the envelopes already stamped either. Call and ask if you had rather send the envelopes.

Now, not in the county jail here, you can't but in the prison's it is fine to do so.
