Hi Vi, it's almost two thirty here, and this is the first time I've looked on since early last night. Hubby has a fella staying here that gets on and looks for cheap car deals! I'm so sorry you had one of those days yesterday, and so very sorry to hear about your husband. That is still so new. Don't feel bad about your post, if anyone had a vent coming on, it was certainly your turn. So sorry I didn't see it last night.

Hello To Bfrg, I'm glad you stopped in and I have'nt seen you before but Welcome. I've learned so much form everyone here. I do read a lot more than I post but that's what helps me and that's okay, too. I was remembering back when I first joined that's all I did was read others post and yes it really helped me just knowing that I was'nt alone and then I started to understand things about the way I was feeling. All natural respones to having a child in prison. Everyone deals with it in many differant ways but the feelings all pretty much the same. One really common ground is we all love our children. Leslie, dear sweet Leslie... I'm so sorry you had a bad day. People can be so cruel. But than, when you see this place, your reminded of the goodness. And that people can also be so full of love. at the top left of this page, find the link that says 'user cp', click it
then on the left side of that page click 'edit avitar'
then click the button for 'Use Custom Avatar'
then click 'browse' and look on your computer for the picture you want, (for example, a picture you have saved in my documents or my pictures)
then click save changes

Thanks Leslie, I guess I need to get stuff in the files to get on there. I'm a learnin' though! The only thing I have in any file is my son's mugshot, and I'm not doing that. I'll be a pro at all this by the time he's out.

wendy, if you find a picture almost anywhere online that you like right click on it and then click on save file as, then save it to your documents (or just your desktop, thats what i did til i got the hang of where to put everything) and you can use that as your avatar. thats where i got mine, i saw it on another site and saved it.
