can someone tell me if i well get to see him,how many times and is it behind glass only? will i never get to touch him again?

It depends on where he is going and there rules,most guys leave Lexington Recp.center as a level 2,will be 23 hour lock down 1 hour a day out in 15 mim. set's. They try to get them out of there in about 2 week's if not then surley by 30 days.Then they will go to what ever prison has bed space.At lexington he will be able to call,after a couple days,and if the line to use the phone ain't to long.Remember only 15 min to shower shave etc.. Then he'll be shipped to a prison and it will be only where there is bed space as they call it.And then a week or so for a phone list there,to call home again. Depndeing on the prison as far as touching hugging etc,Most will let you have a short hug and kiss at the beganing of the visit and when you leave. Hang on, it will only get worst before better. While they are in transit it seems carzy,But Once there in a prison where there going to be for a while you can call and speak to his case manager about rules,ie. visiting etc... I see you not in Oklahoma,is he going to jail here in Oklahoma or MO. we have a forum for your state.And most prison will let you take in money for the vending machine's ask the prison what the amount is,and in a clear baggie,so they see nothing else is in there,and you could be padded down before you go in.

What is level 2? He is going to a Medium Prison at least thats what they say, he thinks that we will get to have pinics is this true? Thank you for answering me.

He has been in jail for 3months he hasn't went to prison yet.

My daughter wants to use the computer and I will email you tomorrow. The jail that he is in all the people hate John and even the judges, they all lie to get him in more trouble it really is a bunch of grap.

Call the judges chamber of the judge he had and ask when he'll pull they won't give you a exact date be within, ie, weeks
like maybe the next 2 weeks or so,I don't think his prior changes will have any bearing on visition and as far as step-kids ask the prison where he goes onthe rule's about that,most likely there going to say if 1 parnet is with them.Like if it's your children you need to be there for the visit if they are under age.
