normally they are turned on first thing in the morning, and they are shut off by 10 or 11 on weeknights and 12 midnight on weekends.

on the week days phones are turned on at 3pm.on fridays from 3-11pm.on saturdays 8am-11pm.on sundays from 8am-10:30pm.and it really depend on the ofc's regarding cut on and cut off time. but these are the official time.
