I been having a hard time finding an marriage official to get married at CTF-Soledad, CA. My man did send me the document with the list of the officials that previously serviced but one of the number was disconnected, one was not servicing any longer, one was sooooo expensive $400.00 and the last one was $100.00 BUT soooooo NOT NICE! He said "SO, YOU are going to marry a CONVICT!" Damn! that did not make me feel good!

The decision to marry someone locked up is tough.. but I did do all the thinking before I made the decision and answered to his proposal..
I know what I am putting myself into but I indeed love him eternally and vow never to leave him.

Anyways, I need help! If you know anyone, please refer me...

I was just married at SVSP last August and I went through the prison wedding coordinator. Though I am not positive, I believe it is the same process for CTF. I would call the prison and ask to speak to the wedding coordinator. She will provide you with the answers to your questions and the contact info to the approved prison Pastor. Hi ladies... My fiance' just got transfered to CTF from High Desert today.. We've been wanting to get married and his release date is 2010. We've been together for 4 years.. If anyone has any new info on marrying at CTF please let me know.. How long does it normally take to get approved to get married there...Thanks Tam

My fiance' also got transfered from High Desert to CTF while back and I am also in the process of getting married at CTF. He is getting released in 2012 so.... some more time to go but time will pass :)
My fiance' sent me an filled out V form for me to send it to the marriage official. He can send you the form along with the list of marriage officials who is willing to service in Prison. As soon as you find the right marriage official, you can send the V form to have the marriage official complete the form. You will also need to send the service charge to the marriage official along with the V form. This it the 1st step you will have to do.
Your fiance' will have to do his part too but he can get his and your to do info's from the marriage counselor at CTF.
