my boyfriend is in bibb co facility(205 area code)

And i seen a couple of posts where some people said they set up ain account with global tel link for X amount of calls per month, X amount of dollars can i do that??

also about PCO, does it matter what kind of service(GTL,MIC..ect) the prison has to be able to get ain PCO account

you can set up a prepaid account with gtl...The calls may be cheaper now you are closer.

You can buy a cell phone near where he is and let him call you on that phone. My calls are over $25 with all the addon charges

if you contact getconnectedus.net they will set you up with a phone number that is local to the correctional facility. The cost is $5 per month but only $2 per call. You still have to use GlobalTel to get out of the prison but the phone number is local so they only charge $3 per call. This has saved me as I was paying $25 per call too. So total cost is $5 per call with a $5 monthly charge....well worth it. I hope this makes sense...Just check out the link.

Does global tel link still charge you for your calls to? How does that work? I checked out the website but I would still like to know more by someone who has used the service. It said my calls would be $2 which is unreal to me cause i am payin 10 now. Please pm me and let me know more. Thanks, I hope you do not mind.
Thanks,
