what is wrong with it today?!!??!?!?! he just called and i know i have at least 20 dollars on my account but it says i have 0 money. i'm sooo mad right now! anyone else having problems? will my money be restored?! it says i don't even have an account. i called the customer service and it said i should hear back from them within 2 hours.

I have a bill with them from the holidays they said they let me make over 100.00 of calls and they missed it ,, added uit later now i owe !

they called me back and said they were just havning problems with it and reactivated me account.. thank God!!!

I had the same problem with gtl on sunday night:angry: .I called them monday morning.I was reactivated(so they say). Here is an update on my fight against gtl,and what you can do. I filed a complaint with the alabama public utility commission.their # is 1-800-392-8050.I filed a complaint online.use yahoo search or google. I am also in the process of writing the governor.prison commissioner,bbb,fcc etc...,I also got the idea of a boycott from the patrick crusade.(patrickcrusade.org:idea: ).maybe around march 1 for two weeks.I am asking for warriors to help fight the fight. I am not here to cause trouble or be a trouble maker. I want to be treated with respect as is my right as a citizen of these united states. my husband has rights (though incarcerated) and his, mine ,yours, and your
incarcerated loved one is being violated. get the word out. they can't fight it themselves;we must do it for them.this is election year,I personally haven't heard too much from our presidential hopefuls regarding change in our penal system.lets stand united for those who can't stand for themself.if you are not part of the solution, then your'e part of the problem; which one are you:rolleyes: ? write the powers that be in a nonthreatening ,but will be heard letter.make some phone calls.we too can be movers and shakers. if you are not registerded to vote;register now. and vote. keep records of all calls to gtl,times and name.will keep you posted of progress. please you do the same.:thumbsup:
